1. 毕业设计(论文)主要内容:
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)是一种具有优异的光学性能、力学性能以及与多种材料拥有良好粘结性能的合成树脂,广泛应用于汽车、建筑、航空航天及军事等领域。近年,随着这些领域的迅速发展,PVB的市场需求量也迅速增大。但PVB的生产工艺存在生产歇性、生产效率低、产品批次间质量波动大等缺点,这些都在一定程度上制约着PVB工业的发展。
(1)选择适当单体比例、硼化合物添加量,进行涂料配方的设计。
(2)对涂料和涂层的物理性能进行检测,检查涂层的导热性能、热失重、抗冲击性、柔韧性性和热稳定性等。
2. 毕业设计(论文)主要任务及要求
①查阅不少于15篇的相关文献,其中英文文献不少于3篇,并且写200字的总结;
②完成开题报告;
③完成设计工作;

1~2周:查阅相关文献;
3~4周:拟定设计方案,撰写开题报告;
5~13周:开展设计工作,画出必要的设备装配图、工艺流程图等图纸;
