一、研究进展与目的（1）认真阅读指定文献，分①人工合成基质的研究现状与存在问题；②基质氮素转化的特点与影响因素（自然因素、人为因素）；③温度条件对氮素有效性的影响等层次撰写研究进展。
（2）根据研究内容与进展的分析明确写出研究目的二、方案拟定（1）实验材料：3个基质处理（包括预筛选出的不同林业废弃物组成的基质），土壤为CK1，泥炭为CK2）。
（2）培养方法：采用通气培养方法与Keeney和Bremner提出的淹水培养改进方法结合进行。
