1、了解球磨工艺在纳米粉体制备方面的研究进展及相关领域的应用。2、掌握球磨工艺对纳米粉体粒径及形态结构的影响规律。3、掌握溶胶法及磁控溅射工艺在金属表面涂层制备制备的各影响因素。4、探讨ZnS/ZrO2/graphene的单一涂层结构与复合涂层结构的摩擦学行为。

2. 毕业设计(论文)主要内容:

1.优化球磨工艺,获得不同粒径和形态的金属硫化物,氧化物及石墨烯复合结构。

2.研究溶胶旋涂及喷涂不同粒径及结构的复合涂层的表面质量及行为,通过接触角仪及粗糙度仪金星表面性能测试。

3.研究不同靶材磁控溅射后的复合涂层的表面质量及行为,通过接触角及粗糙度仪表面性能测试。
