1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

绝缘陶瓷是电真空器件中起高压绝缘、真空密封、功率传输以及支撑固定的关键材料,在高压电子枪壳、输入窗、输出窗、阴极附近等多个部位都有重要应用。

氧化铝陶瓷,特别是高铝瓷的机械强度极高,导热性能良好,绝缘强度、电阻率高,介质损耗低,电性能随温度和频率的变化比较稳定,广泛应用于微波器件和中、大型功率金属陶瓷电子管中最为常用的电绝缘材料,尤其在要求性能较高的部位,如行波管中螺旋线的夹持杆、大功率微波管的输出窗、高能粒子加速器等等。

95%氧化铝陶瓷是目前国内外应用最广泛的绝缘子。
