本课题研究背景:钛合金由于其高比强度、高耐蚀性被称为航空金属、海洋金属。

近些年来,钛合金在海工装备、航空航天方面的应用呈现快速增长。

如在航空方面最新A350 波音780等客机及林肯号航母等的钛使用量居世界之首,我国最新的C919钛使用量只接近欧美先进客机的四分之一。
