1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

本论文旨在开发一种RF/SiO2杂化气凝胶粉体的制备方法,并探索其作为原料制备碳化硅或氮化硅气凝胶的可能。

采用一步溶胶-凝胶法制备RF/SiO2杂化凝胶,经破碎制备浆料,浆料经喷雾干燥得到RF/SiO2杂化气凝胶粉体。

2. 实验内容和要求

根据毕业要求指标点3.3和4.2的要求,本课题要开展的实验内容和要求如下:(1)学习并掌握基本实验仪器(分析天平、烘箱、搅拌器、恒温水槽、喷雾干燥等)的操作方法。

(2)掌握气凝胶结构性能测试技术:熟悉利用FTIR、TG-DTA、XPS、SEM、氮气吸附等方法和设备对样品进行结构和性能测试。

(3)考察浆料的固含量、溶剂组成、研磨工艺等对RF/SiO2杂化气凝胶粉体孔结构、微观形貌、粒度的影响。
