1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

实验研究对器件结构及原理的理解具有不可缺少的促进作用。

但有的实验因具有成本高、有辐射、危险性高、不可逆等特点而不能进行实际操作,使得实验受到了极大的限制。

本课题拟围绕基本光电子器件的结构及特性进行系列虚拟实验设计,以实现低成本、无危险、可逆的虚拟仿真实验特点。
