水资源问题已逐渐成为关系到国家经济、社会可持续发展和长治久安的重大战略问题。

如今,随着工业科技的发展,工业用水的需求日趋增加,已占全球用水量的22%左右,主要用于发电、化工造纸等领域,例如,在电厂中,每天经锅炉、冷却塔排放出大量的蒸气,这些蒸气在脱硫处理后,均已成为饱和甚至过饱和状态,如果能将这些废气中的水蒸气收集并加以利用,那么在提高资源利用率、降低工业生产成本的同时,还能有效缓解水资源用水短缺问题回收废气中水蒸气的传统技术主要有:冷凝冷却、液体和固体吸附,但是在处理过程中普遍存在成本高、二次污染以及再生水质差的问题。

膜冷凝技术作为一种新型的膜分离技术,它所需设备简单,操作条件温和,对于高湿度烟气中水蒸气的回收具有广阔的应用潜力及价值。
