1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

酸烯加成酯化过程无水生成,反应原子经济性高、工艺流程简单,是一种具有经济和环保双重优势的新型工艺,其关键在于绿色高效催化剂的开发。

目前酸烯酯化催化剂主要为固体超强酸、强酸性阳离子交换树脂、磺酸改性的介孔分子筛等。

为了抑制烯烃聚合提高羧酸酯的选择性,通常需要在反应体系中加入叔丁醇等极性溶剂或者使用大大过量的有机酸,这就导致后续产物分离能耗大或防腐蚀设备投资高等问题。
