查阅相关文献及专业书籍了解目前二苯基并咪唑衍生物的发展及其研究现状，了解已有成果以及存在的问题，对论文的研究方向有较深入的认识。
采取合适的实验步骤，适宜的实验条件，合成并纯化目标产物。
培养学生独立思考及动手做实验的能力，养成良好的科研习惯。
2. 实验内容和要求
（1）合成两个二苯基并咪唑衍生物，学会分析图谱如质谱、核磁及结构鉴定。
（2）检测并分析其光学性质。
实验需要相关原料以及实验和表征设备。
