1、 研究内容：
3-4月：提纯原料脱氢枞胺并改进工艺；对脱氢枞胺进行乙酰化反应，合成12-乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺并摸索最佳实验条件；
4-5 月：将12-乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺和液溴在乙酸溶液中反应，对其进行溴代，得到12-(α-溴代)乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺；将12-（α-溴代）乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺和硫脲在DMF溶液中反应，合成12-(2-氨基噻唑)-乙酰脱氢枞胺，考察最佳的合成路径。
