1、 研究内容:

3-4月:提纯原料脱氢枞胺并改进工艺;对脱氢枞胺进行乙酰化反应,合成12-乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺并摸索最佳实验条件;

4-5 月:将12-乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺和液溴在乙酸溶液中反应,对其进行溴代,得到12-(α-溴代)乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺;将12-(α-溴代)乙酰基乙酰脱氢枞胺和硫脲在DMF溶液中反应,合成12-(2-氨基噻唑)-乙酰脱氢枞胺,考察最佳的合成路径。
