1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

本实验基于二氧化硅的优异性能,合成了氨基化树枝状介孔二氧化硅纳米材料,并以其为载体构建多酶纳米反应器。

具体的研究工作如下:1.使用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水杨酸钠作为结构导向剂,原硅酸四乙酯作为硅源和三乙醇胺作为催化剂合成枝状介孔硅,并进行相关表征。

利用戊二醛交联法将GOX,HRP分别固定在氨基化枝状介孔硅里。
