1)认真查阅与课题研究有关的资料，提交文献综述。文献综述包括：研究目的与意义、国内外该领域的研究动态与进展，本研究需解决的关键问题。
2)根据课题要求自行制定具体的实验方案，预计可能的结果，实验过程中发生的情况，确定所需分析或测定的项目及范围。方案经讨论后制订实施计划。
3)熟悉工艺操作规程、各项分析方法及仪器使用要求，正确操作、仔细观察，认真记录和周密思考，特别要注意安全。
