1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
在前期的准备中,主要从固定化酶的定义,酶的各种固定化方法的介绍和比较,固定化酶的应用以及各种固体化载体的介绍及选择来进行文献的查找等工作。在实验过程中,主要从实验的准备,实验的方法以及实验的结果与讨论这三部分来进行准备,实验的准备主要实验材料,仪器设备,不同PH值缓冲液的配制这几个方面来准备;实验的方法主要从标准曲线的配制、载体制备、研究酶的固定化条件和固定化酶性质等几个方面来介绍;实验结果主要从分析最佳固定化时间、最佳摇床转速以及最佳缓冲液PH。
要求:1.要认真查找文献资料,完成开题报告,为以后的研究和论文做准备
2.实验之前要做好材料及仪器设备的准备工作以及实验注意事项;
