1、毕业论文内容生物表面活性素(surfactin)通常是含有七个氨基酸(GluLeuDLeuValAspDLeuLeu)的七肽与碳的个数为13-15的β-脂肪酸组成。

它是芽孢杆菌产生的一种次级代谢产物,具有可降解,低毒的特点,在医药[1]、食品[2]、生物修复[3]、生物防治[4]等方面具有很大的潜在应用价值[5,6]。

支链氨基酸是surfactin合成的重要前体,它们不仅是surfactin肽环上的重要组成部分,还可以降解为不同链长的支链脂肪酸参与到surfactin脂酰基链的合成[7]。
