过氧化氢在生理过程中有着重要的作用,除了在机体防御、炎症以及多种病理过程中发挥作用外, 近几年的研究还发现, 过氧化氢作为一种信号分子, 在调节病理及生理过程中发挥作用, 与细胞的增殖分化以及迁移过程密切相关.因此,设计合成灵敏并有选择性地检测过氧化氢的探针对于探究和揭示过氧化氢的作用有着十分重要的意义。
铱配合物作为一种可以发磷光的材料是六配位正八面体结构的化合物,有着其独特的优点,铱配合物在室温下就可以发射磷光,具有较好的化学和热稳定性、量子产率高、发光颜色可调和丰富的激发态性质以及大的斯托克位移(导致弛豫的发射态无法与邻近的粒子发生共振,荧光不易猝灭)成为光致发光材料研究的热点。
本课题以新型有机发光材料的开发和应用为目的,以基于铱配合物为主体,通过引入功能基团硼酸酯实现对过氧化氢的检测。
