熟悉实验室重要仪器的使用原理和常见问题的处理方法;系统了解文献查阅过程,并熟悉掌握各种数据库的使用方法;了解蛋白质组学研究的相关技术;熟练掌握产环磷酸腺苷的发酵过程;熟练掌握微生物发酵实验的相关操作,能够熟练的配制斜面培养基、种子液、发酵液,熟悉无菌概念以及操作要点;熟练掌握pH计的使用方法,紫外可见分光光度计的操作和高效液相色谱检测方法;考察不同溶氧条件对产物产量的影响;精心设计实验,认真规范操作,并即使处理数据,实事求是。
