1、毕业论文内容Serrawettins是由粘质沙雷氏菌所产的一种脂肽类生物表面活性剂[1],具有典型的两亲性分子结构亲水端由氨基酸或肽构成,亲油端由β-羟基脂肪酸构成[2]。

根据结构差异, serrawettins可分为serrawettin W1、serrawettin W2和serrawettin W3[3-5];又因脂肪酸链长或氨基酸残基的差异,serrawettins存在多种同系物组分(congeners)或异构体(isoforms)。

Serrawettins的产生和培养温度息息相关,在30℃培养时会合成serrawettin;在37℃培养时则不合成[6]。
