生物信息学是当前的热点研究课题，很多研究者对人类基因组、水稻基因组等常见的动植物进行研究，对于茯苓的基因组研究目前还未见报道，本课题拟利用cap3，phrap, denovo等装配程序对茯苓基因组短序列进行装配。
重点解决实验过程中的内存不足，计算机计算能力不足等难题。
为下一步正式组装提供参考。
