基于ICF—CY理论的日常生活能力评估系统任务书

1. 毕业设计（论文）主要目标：

儿童和少年国际机能、失能和健康分类（ICF-CY），是世界卫生组织（WHO） 推出的国际分类族 (WHO-FIC) 中的国际机能、失能和健康分类（ICF)为了不同的方面的应用而发展的衍生分类之一，此分类工具针对儿童和青少年的发育特点，提供一共同语言（包含更加广泛的类目编码）来存档和表述其机能、失能和健康状况。此理论在儿童康复领域中的运用，能将对儿童的健康状况的评估带到一个新的高度，因此ICF-CY理论在实践生产中的推进将具有很大医疗意义。

南京市儿童医院提出了基于 ICF-CY 的日常生活能力评估系统的需求，本系统正是基于此需求而专门设计开发的。系统将旨在解决 ICF-CY 在儿童康复临床使用中出现的编码复杂、抽取编码不完善和手动评估耗时长等问题。

2. 毕业设计（论文）主要内容：

本人毕业设计所实现的应用程序不仅实现最基本的基于 ICF-CY 日常生活能力评估功能，而且添加了人员管理来保护患者隐私，并聚合了患者信息管理、评估表管理、日志管理来为使用者提供方便、完备的信息管理，此外还有导出Word、备份等实用功能。
