1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

HP40Nb合金由于具有优良的蠕变强度和抗腐蚀性能,其在高温服役过程中微观组织会发生劣化,并进而造成其力学性能的降低。

本研究通过对HP40Nb合金进行不同温度的分段时效实验,观察合金微观组织形貌并分析析出相的成分,可获得HP40Nb合金的微观组织的演化规律;同时通过拉伸性能、硬度等力学性能测试,比较材料力学性能的变化,确定G相对HP40Nb合金力学性能的影响。

要求学生主要完成以下工作:①阅读文献30篇以上,其中英文8篇以上;②英文翻译(3000字以上):1篇;③开题报告:1份;④实习报告:1份;⑤毕业论文:1篇;⑥图纸要求:CAD图纸不少于3张A1。
