宽光谱吸收、高载流子利用率是半导体具有高光电催化产氢性能的重要条件。

减少体相缺陷数量、提高载流子迁移率、调控半导体微观形貌、分离氧化还原位点等方式可有效提高载流子利用率。

2. 实验内容和要求

实验内容包含先利用水热法制备NaTaO3,再利用传统氨气煅烧的方法将NaTaO3转变为SrTaO2N。

最后对SrTaO2N进行各项性能表征。
