Microbiota maintains the balance of the vaginal microenvironment and is important for female health. The study of microbiome may provide new ideas for the treatment of diseases. In this paper, aims to understand the vagina microbiome balance of obstetrics and gynecology diseases, microbiota bacterial vaginal disease, reproductive health of women and sexually transmitted infections and progress of gynecological tumors were reviewed.
