1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

本课题由粉煤灰填充改性PP,制备PP基复合材料,研究粉煤灰对该复合材料物理机械性能的影响规律。

通过设计实验方案,活化的粉煤灰利用双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出法制备PP/粉煤灰复合材料,拉条造粒后,检测与表征PP/粉煤灰复合材料的各项指标。

在此基础上,研究PP与粉煤灰的比例、挤出转速的选取等因素对复合材料力学性能、耐热性能与加工流动性能的影响,进而为粉煤灰填充改性PP的工业应用方法提供指导。
