1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求
1.掌握相关检索方法并查阅相关文献,并对相关文献的进行总结; 2.树立实验室安全卫生意识,培养良好的实验操作习惯; 3.理解甲烷芳构化反应过程,并掌握相关装置的使用方法; 4.掌握膜反应实验操作技能,了解相关表征手段,详尽客观记录实验数据并做相关分析; 5.学习相关处理软件并掌握实验数据处理方法; 6.按照规范书写毕业论文,并认真准备答辩.
2. 实验内容和要求
实验内容: 1.测试Mo/HZSM-5催化剂固定床反应性能; 2、掌握甲烷芳构化膜反应器的组装和流程; 3、测试MFI填充床膜反应器用于甲烷芳构化反应的性能。
基本要求: 1.严格遵守实验室安全规章制度,认真规范完成本科毕业论文设计; 2.能够熟练掌握膜反应操作过程; 3.考察催化剂装填量、反应温度等条件对甲烷芳构化反应性能的影响。
