载酶电极往往具有灵敏度高和选择性好的特点,其中酶的负载量、酶的活性及酶反应的电子传输机制对酶电极的性能具有重大的影响。

生物炭由于较好地保留了原料植物特定的天然结构,具有比表面积大、孔隙率高、稳定性好和成本低廉的优点,可作为葡萄糖氧化酶的载体修饰于平面电极的表面,用于提高葡萄糖生物传感器的性能。
