一、论文内容: 亚精胺,又称三盐酸亚精胺,是一种多胺,广泛分布在生物体内,是由腐胺(丁二胺)和腺苷甲硫氨酸生物合成的。

亚精胺具有抗氧化、抗炎、改善线粒体代谢的功能,近年来对于亚精胺的研究更多的是集中在抗衰老,改善代谢性疾病等方面。

目前生成亚精胺的主要方式为提取法和化学合成法,提取法具有步骤繁杂,纯度不高的缺陷,化学合成法纯度高,但反应条件相对比较剧烈,副产物多,污染大,因此不适用于大规模生产。
