一、论文内容: 尼龙4,6是一种由丁二胺与己二酸聚合而成的重要聚酰胺化合物,广泛应用于工业领域。

其生产技术长期被国外技术垄断,其中最重要的原因就是单体丁二胺的制备过程,目前工业上的制备技术主要采用化学法。

采用生物方法合成丁二胺更加环保且可持续,尤其是利用L-鸟氨酸一步脱羧是合成丁二胺的方法最为高效。
