一、 论文内容: 几丁寡糖是几丁质降解的重要产物,因具有抗癌、消炎、抗氧化、降血脂及提高免疫力等重要药理学性质,被广泛用作于各类名贵药品的开发。

传统制备几丁寡糖的方法存在环境污染严重、对海洋甲壳资源依赖大、产物聚合度不可控和质量不稳定等问题,工业生产面临瓶颈。

目前利用微生物发酵法已实现了N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖的大规模工业化制备,但以其直接作为原料合成氨基寡糖的相关技术研究还较少。
