研究目标:本课题在实验室前期工作的基础上,以木质纤维酶水解液为原料,开展全细胞催化产有机酸的代谢调控研究。探索全细胞催化过程中己糖戊糖代谢调控手段,达到只积累木糖酸的目的,以得到较单一组分的木糖酸溶液,有利于后续木糖酸及其衍生物的开发利用。
研究内容:
