研究表明,槲皮素和山奈酚经特定的糖基化后,生物利用度,抗病毒活性,防治阿尔兹海默症的能力均得到提高;在抗氧化、抗糖尿病、抗菌、抗慢性肾病等方面的活性有所降低。

因此,针对不同疾病开发药效更显著的黄酮苷元或糖苷药物意义重大。
