恙虫病(tsutsugamushi disease)是恙虫病东方体(即恙虫病立克次体)通过恙螨幼虫叮咬而引起的自然疫源性疾病,临床表现以突发高热、淋巴结肿大、溃疡或皮疹为主。

我国恙虫病疫区呈病例不断增多,扩散的趋势,目前已报道有27个省区均有该病的发生和流行,已成为我国不容忽视的公共卫生疾病。

恙虫病东方体型别不同,毒力也不同,引起人体感染后表现的临床症状差异较大。

2. 实验内容和要求

利用定量PCR方法确定东方体病原接种量,通过动物感染实验和细胞感染实验,计算LD50,比较恙虫病东方体福建分离株和安徽三界分离株的毒力差异,为进一步探索该病原体毒力差异基因奠定基础。

要求熟练掌握掌握分子克隆技术,定量PCR实验,动物及细胞感染实验等。

实验周期3个月,每天在实验室工作不少于8小时
