本课题系统进行了富马酸喹硫平缓释片临床前处方研究，具体研究内容：处方前研究、分析方法的建立、处方筛选、工艺研究和比格犬体内药代动力学研究。

掌握文献查阅的一般方法，学会使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，美国化学学会（ACS）数据库，CA，SCI等检索资源上查阅关于包合物的相关文献。
