1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求
1.内容在试验过程中，制定出一套试验方案，也就是具体步骤，即：1、前期方法学摸索2、分组和给药3、观察指标与测定4、统计学处理2.要求掌握文献查阅的一般方法，学会使用计算机在中国期刊网，维普数据库，超星数字图书馆，Elsevier电子期刊，Pub Med，SCI等检索资源上查阅关于双酚A的毒性和斑马鱼性别分化的相关文献。
确定实验内容，拟定科学可行的实验方案。
熟练掌握观察指标及各种测定方法以及各项规范操作。
2. 实验内容和要求
本实验需解决的问题：1． 斑马鱼的繁殖与培养2． 药物处理与斑马鱼的解剖3． 学习测定方法和观察指标4． 统计学处理数据要求：在实验之前要规划好自己的实验步骤和实验方向，明确实验目的，实验操作要规范并记录好原始数据。
实验过程中，能够熟练动物实验方法，使用相关仪器。
能够熟练掌握实验流程以及各项指标测定方法, 能够对实验数据进行处理分析，得出正确的结论。
