课题简介脂肪酶是一种特殊的酯键水解界面酶,由于其结构稳定性、良好的溶剂耐受性以及高的立体选择性等特点,被普遍应用于不对称手性化合物的拆分中。

近年来,手性药物在世界销售市场占据越来越多的比例(手性药物占研发新药的比例为 68%以上)。

脂肪酶反应条件温和,反应产物纯度高,副产物少,具有高度的立体选择性,产物的光学纯度高,具有很强的可操作性。
