论文内容本课题拟对谷氨酸棒杆菌多个不同强度的启动子活性片段进行扩增，通过特定的克隆手段将这些片段克隆至谷氨酸棒菌启动子探针，并以探针质粒上的氯霉素乙酰转移酶基因作为报告基因，通过测定氯霉素乙酰转移酶的活性来鉴定这些片段的启动子强弱。

对于强启动子可以用于目的基因的强化表达。

（1）利用PCR手段扩增多个启动子片段。
