论文内容 启动子是基因表达调控的重要顺式元件, 也是基因工程表达载体的一个重要组成部分。

启动子的克隆对于构建基因工程载体, 表达目的蛋白有着重要的意义。

但是关于节杆菌能够识别的启动子的报道比较少,本文的研究内容主要是构建能够在Arthrobacterium CGMCC3842中复制的两种节杆菌启动子探针质粒,其中pAR-Cm以氯霉素为筛选标记,pAR-GFP以绿色荧光蛋白为筛选标记,为后期在节杆菌中寻找启动子打下基础。
