研究内容要求：1、材料的收集：松材线虫和拟松材线虫不同虫株收集。2、杂交后代的培养：培养出各杂交组合的后代；3、电镜观察各虫株和杂交后代的体表厚度（固定、观察、拍照）（重复至少3个）；4、分离各虫株和杂交后代的体表的细菌并计数重复至少5个）。
论文写作要求：大体包括以下部分：前言、文献综述、材料与方法、结果与分析、讨论、参考文献等。
