3.明确实验任务,拟定实验方案根据所查阅文献的内容,确定实验内容及方案,拟定科学可行的研究计划。

2. 实验内容和要求

本课题在实验室现有的对解脂耶氏酵母代谢研究的基础上,结合国内外解脂耶氏酵母产油代谢途径优化的代谢工程和合成生物学方面的工具,研究解脂耶氏酵母产油途径,以调节脂肪酸比例生产神经酸。

实验内容包括:1. 熟悉酵母基因工程、分子生物学相关知识及实验操作; 2. 构建相关基因敲除质粒及解脂耶氏酵母重组菌株; 3. 气相色谱测定解脂耶氏酵母重组菌株的油脂合成产量及脂肪酸途径。
