1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

海茸是海藻中褐藻类里一种营养丰富、口感鲜美的绿色天然食品,是野生天然的深海植物,也是深海植物中最珍贵稀有的一员。

本论文拟通过建立亚临界萃取功能多糖的工艺条件,对培养条件先进性基础优化,再考察不同料溶比、不同萃取时间、不同萃取剂对南极海茸功能多糖产量的影响,确定最适萃取参数。
