2. 实验内容和要求

1. 实验内容(1)研究科罗索酸对前列腺癌细胞的存活率的影响;(2)研究科罗索酸对前列腺癌细胞凋亡的影响;(3)研究科罗索酸对JNK信号通路的影响。

2.实验要求熟练使用关键数据库查找相关文献解决实验问题,熟练掌握细胞培养技术,熟练掌握MTT实验,熟练掌握流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡的实验方法,熟练掌握Western Blot检测蛋白表达的方法,熟练利用Origin等绘图软件进行数据处理。
