甘薯茎叶多酚的提取、分离纯化及抗氧化活性研究任务书

1. 1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容、要求、设计方案、规划等

前言:包括(1)甘薯茎叶的营养成分;(2)甘薯茎叶多酚的组成;(3)甘薯茎叶多酚的提取方法;(4)甘薯茎叶多酚的分离制备技术;(5)甘薯茎叶多酚的生物活性;(6)甘薯茎叶多酚的应用研究概况。

研究方案:(1)超声波辅助乙醇溶剂法提取多酚、大孔树脂纯化;(2)半制备型液相色谱分离;(3)PCL法和ORAC法测定甘薯茎叶多酚各单一组分(绿原酸、芦丁、槲皮素等)的体外抗氧化活性;(4)研究甘薯茎叶多酚各单一组分对肝细胞氧化应激的预防作用。

实验数据采集与处理:实验需要做至少三个平行实验,平行实验之间数据偏差不能超过5%,否则该组实验重做。
