为减少四氢嘧啶发酵培养基中的酵母粉用量以降低生产成本,对培养基中的氮源进行了优化。

实验将为降低工业化生产成本提供重要理论和实验数据,对四氢嘧啶的工业化生产和下游应用的拓展具有重要的意义。

四氢嘧啶(Ectoine)又名1,4,5,6-四氢-2-甲基-4-嘧啶羧酸,是一种重要的氨基酸衍生物,是嗜盐和耐盐微生物适应渗透压胁迫的主要物质,该物质能够减缓高温、冻融、干旱、辐射和化学试剂等对蛋白、核酸、生物膜及整个细胞的毒害,可作为大分子保护剂、细胞修复剂和增白剂在生物、医药、化妆品等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
