The word "utopia" is used to describe allideal and perfect societies. Contrary to many 20th-century literaryworks that predicts the future world as a secular paradise, Aldous Huxley'snovel Brave New World describes a cheerful and beautiful world full ofirony, criticism and disillusionment. Meanwhile the novel itself foresees humanbeing’s dilemma in modern society due to the rapidly developed technology androbust social media, which makes people rarely understand the authentichappiness. This paper analyzes the deconstruction of utopia in Brave NewWorld and discusses its social revelation of Huxley’s dystopic novel incontemporary background by revealing the remarkable homology between Huxley’s Brave New World and our world.
