与三文鱼的亲缘关系比较近的狗鱼、鳓鱼等种类,也都常用于生产三文鱼罐头和鱼酥等产品。

但是,不同原鱼料所生产的鱼类产品的营养价值和过敏物质含量有很大不同,价格千差万别,因其引发的鱼类产品安全性问题也成为关注的焦点。
