1. 毕业设计(论文)的内容和要求

1、采用计算机检索10篇中文文献和5篇英文文献;2、阅读15篇文献,翻译一篇英文文献,提交一篇开题报告。

格式要求为:参考文献标注符合规范,计算机打印。

3、实验工作主要内容筛选高产IAA的菌株,并对其产量定性定量的测定; 以水稻幼苗为实验对象,对高产IAA的菌株进行促生评价。
