The thirteenthFive-Year Plan clearly proposes to "intensify Chinese and foreign culturalexchanges, innovate external communication, cultural exchanges, cultural trademethods, and demonstrate the unique charm of Chinese culture in exchanges andmutual learning and promote Chinese culture to the world. " At the sametime, online literature has quietly become an important force to introduce Chineseculture. Since 2015, Chinese online literature has unexpectedly gainedpopularity overseas. Many overseas websites have serialized translations,attracting millions of readers to pay attention to the following posts, whichhas become a cultural hotspot.

From the perspective of translation studies, thispaper intends to take Wuxiaworld (the martial arts world), the most influentialoverseas folk translation platform, as an example to discusses how Chinesenetwork fantasy novels effectively realize the overseas output of Chineseculture in the North American online world from five aspects: translators,translation contents, dissemination channels, translation audiences and translationeffects, so as to provide suggestions for the translation of online fantasy literatureand even other online literature.
