1. 毕业设计（论文）主要内容：
This thesis focuses on the influence on the translation of law terms brought by the difference between Chinese and western value of law. It mainly applies two methods: one is Examples, another one is Contrast and comparison.The distinct backgrounds and values of Chinese and western law, which results in a series of law-translating phenomena, will firstly be introduced and made a contrast. Examples of the phenomenon that though the English terms are not translated to Chinese faithfully, they also show rightness for they are suitable for the situation in China will be illustrated in this thesis. Meanwhile, several English-Chinese translation mistakes will also be exemplified to show the confliction between Chinese and western law value. Conclusion on how the difference between Chinese and western value of law influences the translation of law terms could be drew based on the argument above.

1. Search various resources to identify the topic for the paper.2. Read the professional articles about the topic and make a brief understanding about the definition of the topic.
3. Collect materials to make preparations for the paper.
4. Finish the outline and the opening report, write a specific schedule for the progress of the paper.
