This papertakes the translation subtitling in the British animation Peppa Pig as theresearch object, and through the comparison between the English original filmand the Chinese translation version, this paper studies the colloquialtranslation strategy of children's animation subtitling, and points out thesimilarities and differences between the English original film and the Chinesetranslation version.
